hosts, Major General Graham and Lesley Hollands.
The early 19th century home was built in the style of "Maison de Maître" (the Master's house).

Château de Mont Dol Bed & Breakfast, Mont Dol
An exquisite bed & breakfast hidden in a tiny hamlet, Mont Dol, in the flatlands of the Mont Saint Michel bay. Standing 65 meters above sea level, the top of "mount" Dol offers a fantastic panoramic view of the whole bay. It is well known for the famous legend, which tells of the conquest of the Archangel St Michael over the Devil. After a long fight the Archangel manages to vanquish the Devil and trap him in the rock of the Mont Dol for eternity. It is at the château where we will have one of our most memorable dinners.

The castle is nestled within 15 acres of park & woodland, 5 minutes from the village of Torcé, which dates back to 1093. It is here where we take over the kitchen for a Hands-On cooking dinner party for an elegant, yet relaxed dinner.
